Service terms and delivery.
Custom digital service
Athlete Blueprint is a made-to-order digital planning service. Finished personalized cards are not delivered instantly. No physical products are shipped, and printing is the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery timing
Intake-only orders are targeted for delivery in 3–5 business days after the completed intake. Packages with a call are targeted for delivery in 3–5 business days after both the completed intake and completed call.
Included correction round
Complete packages include one correction round requested within seven days of delivery for inaccurate or misunderstood intake details. Unlimited revisions and ongoing coaching are not included.
Educational boundaries
Nutrition content is general sports nutrition education. Planning cards are not medical, nutrition, mental-health, or individualized treatment advice.
